HOTDOGS WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
-6 Sausages
-6 hot dog buns
-200g of sour cream
-100g of cream cheese
-2 tablespoons of chopped chives or green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Cook, either boiling or grilling, the sausages. You can also toast the buns if you like.
2) For the sauce mix the sour cream with the cream cheese (to lower the sour taste) and chopped chives or green onions. Set it aside on the fridge.
3) Once that everything is ready, assemble your hotdogs and put them on your board for a better presentation.
