Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Weekends are not considered business days. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All shipments within the United States are Free. You will be charged shipping fee for special territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses etc. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Items will be delivered between 5-8 days after being shipped.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you of the tracking code via email.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
